How to use the Miura Omotenashi Coupon

  • User registration can be done from 10:00 on Thursday, September 1st.

1. Register as a user

2. Charge the balance

■ Select the event name and charge amount and press the "Confirm charge details" button.
Confirm the contents on the "Confirm charge contents" screen and press "Select payment method".

■ You can choose the charging method from credit card (Visa / Master), convenience store (cash).

  • * You cannot change the payment method or designated convenience store until the payment is completed after selecting the payment method.

■How to operate Famiport terminals at FamilyMart stores

1. Completion of payment acceptance

3. Select Enter number

Select “Enter a number”.

4. Enter the first number (company code)

Enter the “Company Code” and click the “OK” button.
* If you are using WellNet, enter the “Customer Number” and click the “OK” button.

5. Enter the second number (order number)

Enter the 12-digit “Order Number” starting with 8 and press the “OK” button.
* If you are using Well Net, enter the “Confirmation Number” and press the “OK” button.

6. Review and agree to the precautions

After confirming the order details, click the “Agree and Proceed” button.

7. Confirmation of payment details

A confirmation screen for your order will be displayed.
After confirming the payment method and details, press the “Confirm” button.

8. Receipt of application ticket and payment

An “application ticket” will be output from the Fami port terminal.
Please show the “application ticket” to the cashier and pay in cash. The expiration date of the “application ticket” is 30 minutes from the output.
After payment, please be sure to receive the “Instruction Statement and Receipt (Customer Copy)” and keep it in a safe place even after payment.
* As of March 31, 2017, the use of credit card payments with Famima T Card has ended.

■How to operate Loppi terminals at LAWSON and MINISTOP stores

1. Completion of payment acceptance

Start the procedure at a Loppi terminal installed at Lawson・Ministop stores.

3. Enter the reception number

Enter the “Reception Number” and press the “Next” button.

4. Enter your phone number

Enter the “phone number” entered at the time of payment and press the “Next” button.

5. Confirm the details of your application

Check the details of your application and press the “Yes” button.

6. Cnfirm precautions

After confirming the payment instructions, press the “Confirm” button.

7. Receive and pay for your application ticket

An “application ticket” will be output from the Loppi terminal. Please present the ticket to the cashier and pay in cash. The “application ticket” is valid for 30 minutes after it is output. A receipt will be given in exchange for the payment.

* Please pay attention to the payment deadline.
* If you have any questions about the procedures at Lawson・Ministop stores, please inquire using the handset provided with the Loppi.
* The image of the Loppi is shown below. The contents may be subject to change.

■Seicomart storefront Payment method

1. Completion of payment acceptance

The “Receipt Completed” screen will be displayed.
Please take note of the “Receipt Number” and make your payment at a Seicomart store.

2. Pay at Seicomart stores

Please tell the store cashier that you are paying via the Internet.

4. Confirm your order

Check the payment details on the cash register screen and press the “OK” button to make the payment.
After payment, we will give you a “receipt”, so please keep it in a safe place.
Payment is cash only. You cannot pay by credit card, etc.

3. Use (buy a product)

Please log in from the site and tell the store staff that you will use the "Miura Omotenashi Coupon".
Press the "Pay" button and then the "Read Start" button. The camera will start, so please read the QR code of the store.

If you cannot read the QR code of the store properly, please enter the store identification number manually from the "Use store identification number" button.

Enter the usage amount on the "Enter amount" screen.
Ask the store staff to confirm the entered amount and click "Next".

Please show the "Amount Confirmation" screen to the store staff.
After confirming the store staff, press the "Pay" button.

When the payment is completed, a payment sound will be heard and the screen below will be displayed.
When the manner mode is set, the payment sound does not play.

Please show the "Payment completed" screen to the store staff to confirm.
